Help us reproduce it safely

Describe the affected page or feature, the steps to reproduce the issue, its impact and a minimal example using your own test messages. Do not include real credentials, decryption keys or other people’s data. Let us know how to reach you for follow-up.

Keep testing proportionate

Do not access someone else’s messages, extract data, disrupt the service, send bulk requests or test third-party systems without permission. This policy does not grant permission for unlawful testing and does not promise a reward. We will assess the report and coordinate any necessary fix and disclosure with you.
